Do you store my calls and messages?
We process communications to extract lead data for you. Extracted leads are stored in your secure Platform CRM. Raw audio and email transcripts are purged within 72 hours of processing.
Can your team access my leads?
No. Our team cannot access your lead data, CRM records, or live conversations unless you explicitly grant us temporary access for support purposes.
Is my data shared with third parties?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Lead information is used exclusively to power your specific account's automated workflows.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your data is strictly private to your account. We never use your lead conversations, emails, or results to train generalized AI models.
How do you handle GDPR/CCPA compliance?
We act as a Data Processor under GDPR and a Service Provider under CCPA. We provide tools for data deletion, access requests, and maintain strict encryption at rest and in transit.
